Each book is new, fresh, and different. Gwen is a strong, independent woman, she is a heroine every girl wants to be and every man lusts to be with. She knows what she wants, she accepts her powers and it makes her stronger. Nico and Tony are two strong men, very sexy and charming. Witty and romantic and very rough around the edges. They are two men all women dream of having around. These three characters bring the story to life, as I’m reading I can see the scenes playing out in my head. I felt like I was watching a movie not reading a book. Not many authors have such a vivid imagination where they can create a masterpiece that draws you into the story as if you were the heroine, hero, or someone watching this movie play out from the sidelines. Ms. Rock has that ability she never fails her readers, she delivers every time.

Review:

I was instantly captivated in this storyline. Ms. Roberts has a way with her words to draw her readers into a deep trance and have them reading the story beginning to end in anticipation of what is going to happen next.

I love stories that give the heroine a chance to right any wrongs she may have or an opportunity to relive their lives. The only thing about this story I had a problem with was it was a little too predictable. You know the ending before you read it. And of course there was a fairy godmother. But it is a sweet, charming read that I would recommend to anyone wanting to read a romance for the ages.

This book will captivate you from the first line. I started reading and finished this short novel in less than an hour because I wanted to know what was going to happen next. I wanted to know how Alex and Haley would accept Lucian into their union. I couldn’t wait to see them together as pairs and then as a threesome.

Alex is a sweet guy, he love’s foreplay; he loves to make his woman happy. Lucian is more spicy and possessive, sometimes he loves it rough. Haley is a woman who desires both and now she can have that with both of her men.

Ms. James is an author I have loved for a while, her books always entertain and she definitely didn’t disappoint this admiring fan. I’m always looking for more of her work.

Not only was this a spicy erotic tale centered around sex and sharing your emotions around sex, but it offered drama and real problems. I love that with erotic romances. I love the steamy sex scenes as well as the chase to find the bad guy or fix a broken heart or fix a past mistake. You can find so many dynamics with this book. If you love vampires, love and sex than you will most certainly love this book.

Review:

This short but hot read was a new genre for me. I usually stay clear of stories that are little more gory or violent than others. It’s not for the light stomach or light hearted. The scenes are very detailed. You can smell the blood, hear the smack from the whips, you can hate as the characters hate, yearn as they yearn. The author did a wonderful job of pulling the reader into the story for what seems like a mini-movie inside your head.

If there is one thing I learned from reading this book, is never judge before reading. I wasn’t sure about the genre, but it was a great read. If you’ve never read a book of this caliber than I highly suggest you pick up a genre or author you’ve never read before…no better way than to start with this one.
