Blurb/Summary:

Oh, Claire’s really done it now. As if her week hasn’t been bad enough, what with the blood and the drowning and the head bashing and the intense sex… Okay, that last one was pretty awesome. But now she’s gone and got herself caught in the clutches of a paranormal so evil, he makes Satan look like a sissy. This baddest of all baddies is her key to beating a murder rap—if he doesn’t kill her first.

Where’s a bloodsucking knight on shining chrome when you need one?

Tonight, at long last, fangs will flash, fur will fly, heads will roll, and dastardly deeds will be revealed in this heart-pounding, breath-holding, secret-exploding final episode of Fangs of Anarchy—Forbidden Alpha!

Review:

Dakota Cassidy starts us right off from the cliff-hanger in part four.  It’s a dark place to start.  Even though I questioned Claire’s ability to take care of herself in parts one-four, I was worried for her anyway.

The darkness and plot continues and builds into a crescendo of war and battle.  I’m relieved to see that Claire redeems herself and lives up to being a werewolf, finally!

Even through the darkness and war, Claire and Irish’s love rings true.  There was a good balance of hot steamy romance and sarcastic humor to keep the dark story line in check.

As with the previous parts of Fangs of Anarchy, the secondary characters play pivotal roles in part five as well.  The readers get the full story as it all comes together in this final book episode.  Dakota Cassidy does not disappoint with plot twists and surprises to the very end.  As a reader, I was very satisfied with the ending and how it all came together.

This may be the end of Irish and Claire’s story, but the author left plenty of other characters to explore in this world and an ongoing plot to be revisited.
