Blurb/Summary:

Small-town veterinarian Hallie Scott loves all creatures great and small except for boa constrictors and Basil Outlaw, the man whose Christmas eve rejection slammed the door on her last chance to have a baby of her own. A year later he shows up under her tree prepared to give her everything but he's too late.

Review:

This is a story set around the holiday time in a small town. About a Baby is touching and will tug on the reader's heartstrings. A story about forgiveness, acceptance, and new chances in life.

I loved About a Baby. The characters breathe life right out of the pages! It's emotional, a page turner, and leaves the reader with a smile at the end. The journey with Hallie and Baz was an emotional long ride, but along the way they grew into better people.

Readers who enjoy a contemporary story with strong family elements should definitely enjoy About a Baby.
