Blurb/Summary:

When Kelsey Ackerman’s assistant at her used bookstore is murdered, the police label it a botched robbery by a desperate drug addict. But Kelsey suspects the perpetrator was looking for a rare Shakespeare volume that someone unknowingly donated. Now a killer’s sights are set on Kelsey.

Jail guard Jason Jones only wants to protect her, but after suffering a controlling father and an abusive ex-husband, Kelsey wants nothing to do with the confident, hot sergeant. Until the danger becomes crystal clear, and the only man who can save her is the very man she can’t resist.

Review:

Who knew that a donated rare book could turn out to have a deadly cost. First, the sweet lady who works for her was murdered, and then the target is on Kelsey. The suspense intensifies and the dangers are real. As are the dangers of falling for sexy Jason. Kelsey didn't want or need a man in her life to try and run it again, but Jason could be different if she let him in.

Tropic of Trouble is full of action, adventure and suspense. Not a dull moment as secrets are unveiled, a killer is on the prowl and will stop at nothing to get what they want, and the sizzling heat between Kelsey and Jason gets hotter and hotter by the page. It's a page turner!

Can't get enough romantic suspense? Try Tropic of Trouble from Wynter Daniels. It's hot!
