Blurb/Summary:

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. That’s Twyla’s philosophy ever since she found a pair of thongs in her fiancé’s car the day before their wedding. Now it’s Valentine’s Day and her roommate is all about the hearts and chocolates, but Twyla isn’t going for it. That is, until a few ghosts drop in to show her the error of her ways.

Review:

Rie McGaha does a fantastic job of adapting A Christmas Carol for Valentine’s Day. The ghosts that visit Twyla are all significant to her life in some way. She finds out that things that are haunting her from the past aren’t really as they seem. Twyla makes a great Valentine’s Day scrooge!

Twyla is shown a future that she thinks she’ll love, until a closer look shows her reality. The future is not set. It all depends on our choices. Read this short story and find out if Twyla chooses true love or riches and fame!

Ghosts of Valentine's Past is a fun story and will keep you captivated until the end.
