Blurb/Summary:

Who do you call when you spot a baby hellhorse? Shifter Vets!

Judy desperately needs to find a home for her nineteen rescue horses. Waylon desperately needs to rein in his headstrong teenage daughter's quest to tame a wild hellhorse. And what both of them need most desperately is love...

Waylon, a bear shifter and veterinarian for magical animals, instantly recognizes Judy as his mate. But a few things stand between them and true love, namely...

1. Waylon's secret.
2. Waylon's daughter Raelynn's secret.
3. Judy's "Save the Horses" Instagram campaign's lack of likes.
4. The young hellhorse that starts wildfires every time it gets excited.
5. A dangerous beast shielded by its living armor.
6. A fire-breathing chicken.

Coming together to make a new family isn't easy. But Vets For All Pets--and the magical animals its shifter vets care for-- has lots of practice at creating love against the odds.

Bear Vet is a sweet, feel-good shifter romance full of love, laughter, and adorable animals, perfect for reading before bedtime. If you'd love to have a pet miniature pegasus or a kitten with wings, one-click on Bear Vet now!

Review:

Bear Vet: Shifter Vets #2 was a cute story with a lot of heart. This story focused on family and relationships and how it all worked for them. I enjoyed the dynamics and found them entertaining.

The romance between Judy and Waylon progressed as you would expect with a fated shifter mate, but there was a slow burn due to an existing child in the mix. This was not an overly exotic or sexually explicit paranormal romance story.

The author has a wonderful imagination and let it ride with all the different magical creatures in this book. I found myself intrigued by this new world Zoe Chant created and will be seeking out further books by this author.

I received an ARC for an honest review.

Blurb/Summary:

Book 8 in New York Times Bestseller Dianna Love’s explosive Treoir Dragon Chronicles of the Belador™ World series brings new reveals and races toward the last book.

Daegan and Casidhe are tested at every turn by angry immortals when they appear uninvited in a place with no exits. An expected change of events devastates Daegan’s hope of gaining the second grimoire volume and shatters Casidhe’s trust. Faced with becoming a monster, Adrianna gambles with the ancient Witchlock power capable of cataclysmic results and becomes collateral damage. Possessed by an Imortik, Reese runs to keep Quinn safe and finds a way to save others even though she can’t save herself. Renata’s two imprisoned Belador friends convince her to attempt escaping, which draws the Imortik master’s unwanted attention and an order to commit murder. Macha is shocked to discover firsthand just how crazy, and deadly, Queen Maeve has become.

In spite of every effort by the dragon king, Beladors, and their allies to fight on, they are losing ground as the Imortiks continue to escape from more rifts.

Review:

All of the subplots and characters in motion are racing towards a resolution. Not sure if all the outcomes will be pleasant. As a reader, I’m hoping that some of the evil characters get what they deserve. There is only one book left so we won’t have long to wait to see what Dianna Love has in store for everyone.

Treoir Dragon Chronicles of the Belador World book 8 seamlessly takes off where book 7 left us. Wonderful writing, the author keeps all the major players moving. This book has more revelations that you don’t want to miss.

This is a fantastic series and each book has been well-written and a joy to read. I look forward to the conclusion of the series and highly recommend this for anyone that enjoys fantasy or urban fantasy genres.

I received and ARC for an honest review.

Blurb/Summary:

At a fateful New Year’s Eve party, Georgina Maverick, a little bit drunk, a lot mired in guilt from her tortured past, trips and falls off a rooftop, tumbling ten stories to her almost death.

Little does George know, her friend and co-worker, Dexter Bridger, the man she discovers also happens to be her guardian angel, is on the case. He saves her from landing toe up in the mortuary, but he opens an entire can of worms when he nicks her shoulder and turns George into an angel, too.

With the help of the OOPS ladies and some divine intervention from Dex, George is learning how to be a guardian angel in the hope she can earn her permanent wings. But it ain’t easy when your newbie wings are strap-on (you read that right), and your angelic glow nearly fries the eyeballs right out of the head of your new cranky, vampire friend.

But worse? All the secrets that haunt both George and Dex are coming home to roost.

For instance, how did Dex become a guardian angel anyway, and why doesn’t he have his permanent wings after all this time? And for the love of all that’s good looking, why is he so stupid cute? How can a girl focus on getting it together with that kind of distraction?

Yet for George, the questions cut far deeper. Why is it so hard to overcome her brutal past and find the thing she’s always wanted—peace of mind and acceptance? And how the heck is she supposed to be someone’s guardian angel and guide them to emotional safety when her own life is such a wreck?

Worst of all? Who’s been lurking in the shadows trying to steal George’s wings? Because if someone gets their hands on her wings, guess what?

She loses her soul.

Forever…

Review:

Accidentally Divine book 20 of the Accidental Series was a complete page turner. Our hero, Dexter Bridger, and heroine, Georgina Maverick, are brought to life on the pages with real life hard-hitting problems and issues. They have both experienced past traumas that have shaped the people/angels they have become.

The OOPs ladies, Nina, Marty, Wanda, and crew play a crucial role just by being who they are as a family. They pull together and rally around another accidental turning and make some great friends along the way.

This was a fun and heartfelt story that had me laughing and crying. Don’t miss out on Dexter and Georgina’s journey. I will be looking forward to seeing how Dakota Cassidy uses her angels in future books.

Blurb/Summary:

Book 7 in New York Times Bestseller Dianna Love’s explosive Treoir Dragon Chronicles of the Belador™ World series continues with more surprises, fast action, and unexpected reveals.

Casidhe followed her conscience. It cost her everything and she now faces Herrick’s wrath for deceiving him. After a disastrous trip to the Caucasus Mountains, Daegan has no mercy for another enemy, then discovers important information about his past from an unlikely source. He’s running out of days to locate the second grimoire volume on his own and enters a hostile Tribunal where Loki demands the return of Sen in one day or Beladors will pay. Reese has to choose between saving millions, including Quinn, from a demon invasion and giving up her baby. Adrianna sees an opening to save herself and Sen, but nothing is ever as it appears when dealing with monsters. Locked away by the Imortik master, Renata discovers friends imprisoned with her, who need her to escape, but she doesn’t trust the dangerous plan. Daegan is forced to make an agonizing decision to find the next grimoire volume, setting changes into motion which can’t be reversed.

Atlanta is pulling apart at the seams and Imortiks are breaking through rifts in other countries. Nonhumans in the alliance are fighting on all fronts to protect humans and their own as more predatory supernaturals pour into the city, including a goddess bent on revenge.

*This is book 7 of a 9-book spinoff series for first time readers as well as current Belador™ fans. All 9 audiobooks will be released within a year.

Review:

Treoir Dragon Chronicles of the Belador World: Book 7 had a wonderful pace and great momentum from beginning to end. Readers are treated to more history from a long gone by era that sheds light on Daegan’s past as well as other characters.

Followers of the series will know from book six that there is an awful lot in motion right now. Book seven pushes those issues to the forefront and forces characters to make decisions and take action. Things are all coming to a head as there are only two more books left.

This was a fun read with details you won’t want to miss. There is a doozy of a cliff-hanger at the end like the other books. Each book is like a season finale as you wait for the next season to start. Fortunately for us Dianna Love has been kind and the wait will only be a few months.

I received and ARC for an honest review.
