What do you do when everyone is SURE you have something that you don't? Something that people would kill to get back.....

This is Amber's story.  Web of Lies has plenty of suspense and action to keep the reader entertained.  An ex makes a surprise visit, then the police, and then the killers.  It's a tough situation for this young mother.

Christina James does a wonderful job keeping up the suspense and the tension.  The first part of the book, I wasn't too thrilled with Cody, the hero.  He seemed very stuffy and plain out rude.  It is a cop's job to get down to the truth, but the way he did things just didn't make him likable at first.

Overall, the story was great and was filled with many twists and turns that I didn't see coming.  If you enjoy romantic suspense, this is a great story to add to your reading pile.

A Place To Call Home is a romance about second chances, and finding love when and where you least expect it.

Hannah O'Leary. She's a stubborn spitfire of a woman who lives to depend on no one. Yet, Mac seems to be saving her from herself lately. Hannah's character drove me crazy quite often. She'd go from a nice woman, to a spoiled, childish woman at times. I didn't know what to think of her quite often.

Mac is a divorced father and an honest man. Something about being around Hannah had him acting childish a few times himself, but for the most part I enjoyed his character. In the beginning, when he first meets and helps Hannah out, I thought he was a bit rude. But then again, Hannah wasn't acting nice herself.

Once you get past the love/hate relation between the two, the story turned out pretty good. There are moments where I wanted to slap one or the other, but it all worked out in the end. I liked the idea of this story and would check out other titles by Christina James.

Operation: Spank Me was a deliciously erotic and steamy read. I loved the opening into the story with the internet texting. After reading their fantasy letters to one another I’d hoped their first meeting would be explosive. What I was shown was two fantastic personalities. I had a feeling Emma wasn’t being totally honest with her appearance and I loved that it didn’t matter to Finn.

The small town antics really tickled my fancy. Being from a small town myself it doesn’t take much for tongues to begin wagging and that sexy Finn was definitely a reason to set mouths and tongues on fire.

Their story moved quickly with spanking and white hot passion. Watching Emma voice dirty language was great for someone totally introverted except for online. I hoped they’d have more than just a great week together and something permanent. The twist was a shocker that left me on the edge waiting.
