Blurb/Summary:

The Rock

Desired by men and women, Eli’s good looks make sexual conquest easy until he attends a party at the Supernatural Museum, where they land him in deep trouble. He says no to the wrong women, and his punishment is to learn the ultimate meaning of loneliness.

The Stone Maiden

Much to her family’s disappointment, not only is Pepper single but she works a hard and dirty job as an apprentice stonemason. Pepper loves bringing stone to life with her chisel but struggles with the isolation that comes with being different. Then there’s her attraction to her boss, Alessandro, who appears to prefer men. When Eli materializes out of nowhere, Pepper can hardly believe her eyes. Now she’s caught between a rock and a hard place.

The Hard Place

His hands hardened by years training to become a master stonemason, Alessandro is an expert at his craft, but not in matters of the heart. A daily frustration when he’s in hopelessly in love with Pepper and the man of his dreams has disappeared. As Alessandro’s team begins to restore the Supernatural Museum, he, Pepper, and Eli are drawn into the building’s secrets and risk losing everything they hold dear.

Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: anal play/intercourse, male/male sexual practices, ménage (m/m/f).

Review:

Rocked by Barbara Elsborg is an interesting read. Pepper a young woman works as a stone mason apprentice for Alessandro, a man she is attracted to but doesn’t approach. Her twin sister and family don’t treat her kind. Upon chance she sees Eli who comes to life only inside buildings and returns to gargoyle statue when under the open sky. Alessandro thinks she’s mad, but that doesn’t stop him from pursuing her.

Eli can’t believe he’s stuck in stone or what happened to have him cursed. All he knows is his body hungers for satiation each time he awakens. His blood burns for Pepper and Alessandro if they’ll have him. He also itches to find the supernatural connection to the museum he normally perches on. With people out to take the statue back, Alessandro will find those in his employ he can’t trust.

The three of them find burning passion together and more while working together to make Eli a man once more. Pepper searches to find more about herself and what draws her to the unknown. The end of the story was surprising in a way that made me go hmm. Although I didn’t find the ending plausible it was still ad intriguing read.

Blurb/Summary:

Leslie has no use for long term attachments. She’s seen firsthand how fickle love can be. Better to keep things casual and walk away before someone else hurts you. Even when walking away leaves a wound that won’t heal.

Seth and Joshua are the two most successful Family Law attorneys in Boston. But their job can’t fill the void in their lives. Linked together by a lifetime of shared abuse and neglect, they want a woman who can complete their relationship, both in and out of the bedroom.

A legal issue leaves Leslie with nowhere else to turn and she strikes a devil’s bargain with the two sexiest lawyers in Boston. But her resolution to keep things light crumbles when their passion overflows the bedroom. When the past comes knocking, Leslie must choose retreat or the chance of a lifetime. In the end, she can only hope the crescendo leads to an encore.

Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: Anal play/intercourse, male/male sexual practices, ménage (m/m/f).

Review:

Crescendo by Kaitlin Maitland took me into the lives of three individuals who shielded their hearts by remaining aloof in their love lives. Seth and Joshua are a breath stealing duo who would leave any woman breathless. Both men have different traits but possess the same need to protect. Sometimes in a way that is detrimental to them. I loved Seth’s take charge attitude and his sheer presence, and equally loved Joshua’s more even keeled attitude.

Leslie’s betrayal made tears prick my eyes and the sheer magnitude of why she hid finally made sense. In fact, I was pleased to see that her passion led her to the perfect men to protect and help her. I admired her selfless-ness and realized it was also her greatest weakness. I wanted her to clobber the woman trying to take what was hers, but mostly wanted to see the three of them succeed in a loving healthy…normal relationship with each other. The passion made me sweat and long to be the heroine on many occurrences. I’ll love reading this again and again.

Blurb/Summary:

A desperate escape from the water planet of Qumaar lands Karena on Adjara, a closed desert world where the scarcity of women means each has at least two mates. It’s her face lovers Zyan and Kaeden see when they undertake a vision quest to find the female meant to be theirs.

Aroused beyond measure, awed at discovering she can communicate with horses, they’re more than ready to stake their claim in a carnal sharing of pleasure. But while capturing her body and enslaving it with passion is easy, happiness will depend on capturing her heart—and making her a willing prisoner to destiny.

A standalone set in the world first discovered in The Joining and Passion’s Song, both published in Ellora’s Cavemen anthologies.

Reader Advisory: If you love M/M, Zyan and Kaeden seriously steam up the pages, both before and after finding Karena.

Review:

Ride to Ecstasy is fantastic. Intrigue, smuggling, racing, and a wild escape are just the beginning to Karena’s adventure.

Kaeden and Zyan already share a close bonded love and there is some apprehension around changing their dynamics by adding a third, a woman.

Karena is left with few choices when she finally comes face to face with Kaeden and Zyan. Will her dreams/visions lead her to choose a life with them? Pick up Ride to Ecstasy and find out. You will enjoy their journey that includes descriptive erotic love scenes.

This is a well written story with aliens and different plants. Jory Strong did a nice job creating her worlds and characters. She has left room for us to come back and play again!

Blurb/Summary:

Genetically engineered for a single function, to breed, Camille has followed the rules and accepted the Goddess’s will as explained by the elders all her life. After artificial insemination fails, she gathers her courage, traveling to distant New Eden to try in-person breeding. When her matches fail to appear, the meek little breeder rebels, determined to leave the Goddess-forsaken world behind her as fast as the next ship home can make the jump to subspace.

Aegis exists only to fulfill his vow to avenge the death of his parents by a Baldorean blood mage. Not even the forbidden desire for Jaxon interferes with his quest. But contact with a breeder threatens everything he holds sacred.

For four years, Jaxon dreamed of tri-bond with Aegis. Isolated by hostilities in the endless war with Baldor, he’s trapped in the close quarters of their fighter with Aegis and Cami, his most secret dream come true. But instead of bliss, he finds himself plunged into a battle with prejudice, doubts, and jealousy.

Cami travels halfway across the universe, survives brutal rejection, humiliation and a firefight. Stranded with two fierce warriors, not even a broken heart will make her quit until she has the sperm she needs.

Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: Anal play/intercourse, interspecies sex, ménage (m/m/f) male/male sexual practices, violence.

Review:

Evanne Lorraine does a wonderful job engaging the reader with Camille’s Capture. From the beginning, I was enthralled by the detailed build of her galactic world and the new Earthen world and her spin on the different species and warriors. I felt so horrible for Aegis and the loss of his parents and the innocent life he disregarded as a teen. However the tragedy made him into a formidable warrior that radiated spellbound power.

Add to that Jaxon’s all consuming lust/love for his best friend and a bond that’s illegal for them to share and it’s heartbreaking. Bringing in Cami is perfect for them. Her inability to conceive in her traditional way sends her on a journey to complete her task in a way that’s tasteless to those with her status.

Life sets them on a course that will teach them what really matters. I hoped Jaxon would accept Aegis for who he was and not what he’d been raised to learn, and loved Cami’s sassy mouth in telling Jaxon how it was. The passion between the three pushed past all bounds even while they combated an enemy stronger than they imagined.

I enjoyed this read immensely.

Blurb/Summary:

Grant Tyler is sophisticated, intelligent, controlled, and a highly successful CEO of a Fortune 500. He’s Rena Lancaster’s perfect match: same background, same career path; they speak each other’s language. In bed, he makes her see stars. But then there’s Karl Kristiansen. Every bit as virile, masculine, and intelligent as Grant, he’s her contractor: earthy, hands work-roughened, body tough, and powerful. And he takes Rena’s senses by storm.

When Grant decides he wants Rena exclusively, he forces a decision on her. And it’s Karl who comes up with the perfect test for choosing between them: make love with them both at the same time, and see who does the best job.

When their sexual play becomes a true ménage, with Grant and Karl each trying to top the other, willing to do anything Reba asks -- even touch each other -- the three of them together are like spontaneous combustion. Now that she’s had a taste of the real thing, how can Rena choose between these two perfect men when they both give her different things she craves?

Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: Anal play/intercourse, ménage (m/m/f with male/male interaction.

Review:

Take Your Pick started off hot and heavy and kept the pace throughout the read. Grant and Rena belonged together. I enjoyed the way they blew off steam and the intense relationship they had together. I could tell that Rena loved him but something was missing, something she needed. Finding out what that something was took me awhile but when it manifested, making total sense I found myself agreeing one hundred percent with her. I’d hoped he’d kick it in high gear and let loose.

Karl the total opposite of Grant had me melting just from his presence alone. Rena’s relationship with Karl differed from her relationship with Grant. As I got to know Karl, I realized he knew and was fine with it.

What surprised me was Grant’s decision to give Rena what she needed a threesome, however in the back of my mind I had to wonder if after their completed time together she’d be able to leave one for the other. I couldn’t believe the immediate change in Grant.

This was one hot read to be read again.

Blurb/Summary:

Princess Arianna's brother is missing, lost in the dangerous brothels on Chombay. She can't find him alone so she hires a legend to help. When they meet, their heartstones glow. The legend -- the Rogue, a man called McTavish -- is her mate.

Decker's been studying McTavish from behind a desk for years. Catching him is his chance to earn a much-desired promotion in the Union Alliance. Then the Queen, Arianna's stepmother, who is responsible for the prince's disappearance, contacts him with a deal: find her son before McTavish does and use him as bait, and she'll make sure he gets that promotion. Except...

Decker can't stand her actions against her son and turns on the Queen. He contacts McTavish and Arianna to make a deal. The biggest surprise when they meet isn't that he plans to go through with it. It's that his quarry and the princess are his mates.

On the run from a vicious queen, the three must learn what can bond a princess, a law man, and a rogue...in order to save their lives and the throne.

Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations some readers may find objectionable: Anal play/intercourse, male/male sexual practices, ménage (m/m/f).

Review:

Settler's Mine 6: The Rogue is action packed from beginning to end. This is an extremely sexually charged story with hot, steamy love scenes.

As a reader, you will not have any problem connecting to the characters and just falling for them. Arianna is sweet and loyal. McTavish is strong and capable of taking charge and getting things done. Decker is the straight laced guy just trying to do what he has been born to do. Together they each bring something different to the relationship that helps to balance them all as a unit. It was an enjoyable read getting to watch them accomplish this feat.

The evil queen is very easy to loath. She has a hand in the dark story line that surrounds Arianna’s brother. I thought the psychological aspect of that story line was handled very well.

As this was my first visit into Mechele Armstrong’s world, I felt she did a nice job of not leaving me, as the reader, in the dust. Instead, it just spurs me on to want to read the previous books.

The story overall leaves you hopeful that they will have their happily ever after.

Blurb/Summary:

Emma Jean Dupree is a woman on the verge of turning forty. Repeated dreams of having sex with two men keep waking her at night. She takes it as a sexual sign and decides to pursue the two gorgeous men in her life.

David Delaney’s a police detective with boyish, all-American charm and good looks. But he has a straitlaced sexual nature that needs Emma’s experienced hand to undo. Earl Lightfoot is every woman’s Native American dreamboat of a hunk. He has a secret that Emma uncovers with an innocent slap. Earl likes it rough—and wants to be dominated.

Separately, she samples their sexual attributes only to discover she wants them both. Will they comply and fulfill her fantasy? It takes a strong-willed woman to convince two men to love her as much as she loves them.

Two men, two cocks, oh my.

Review:

Emma has decided she is done waiting and is ready for her two men who are recurring in her thoughts and dreams to help her out with her situation. But she isn’t quite sure how she’s going to convince them especially since she’s not sure they even have the same interest in her as she does them.

David is ready to make a move and he doesn’t want to wait a moment longer, with Emma sending all the right signals he is going to step up to the plate and rock her world. Earl knows the things he feels for Emma will for sure be the death of her and him and he should know, but with the hidden secrets he keeps buried there is no way he can risk the another woman he loves.

When Emma tells the two men in her life she wants more and wants it together at the same time they have to decide if they are willing to share the woman they love or walk away from her forever.

Double Dilemma is a hot erotic story with very hot men and may even involve a tortured soul, but with the right kind of loving things may have a way of redeeming the ones who least are expecting it.

Tara Nina has written an exciting story with real characters that have to come to terms worth life’s obstacles for the name of love. This is a great read, and definitely a story I will choose to read again and again.

Blurb/Summary:

Maeja, queen of the Dragonian race, believes in words like duty, control and honor. She will do anything to keep her subjects safe from spying Earth technology. Her captain-at-arms knows now is the time to teach Maeja her beastly passion is not a curse. With her world on the brink of disaster, she must overcome her inhibitions and let lust control her. Taking two dragon warrior men as lovers might be too much change, but more than just her body is undergoing a cataclysmic transformation. Where dragons rule, passion follows.

Review:

Beastly Passion is a thoroughly imaginative and creative story. The cover also reflects this. Renee Field created a wonderful world to get lost in for a while.

Between Maeja, the queen, and her two Dragonbane Warriors, Geirsson and Valdason, the passion was scorching hot. Maeja is a strong and confident female and leader. Maeja’s journey to surrender to her desires and finally be free was a fun read.

As a reader, you learn just enough about Geirsson and Valdason to make you hopeful that they will stay with their queen. The main focus of the story is really on Maeja and what she will do and sacrifice for her people.

Beastly Passion is a well written story that will spark your imagination. The ending was a surprise with a wonderful twist. There is definitely some exploration left to do in this world and I would love to journey with some other characters.

Blurb/Summary:

Wild Irish, Book Seven

The child who is born on the Sabbath day, is bonny and blithe and good and gay.

Sean Collins is happy working at the family pub and sharing a house with the woman of his dreams. He and Lauren are equals in every way, including in bed, where they burn the sheets. Life is good. Even if he must hide a couple of secrets to keep it that way.

Lauren is madly in love with Sean. They share everything—almost. She can’t deny sensing…something. A certain feeling when she, Sean and their friend Chad are all together. But she doesn’t press. How can she when she’s not being completely forthright herself?

Chad is feeling pretty miserable, and renting a room in Sean and Lauren’s home has only made it worse. In a house filled with secrets, Chad’s are doozies.

When an opportunity arises to explore their deep desires, the trio plunges into a sex-filled, emotionally charged ménage. Long-buried feelings are revealed, changing their lives irrevocably. Whether for better or worse, only Sean, Chad and Lauren can decide.

Review:

Any Given Sunday was an incredible story about trust and love. It was refreshing to see the back story spanned years and made the three main characters very good friends before becoming lovers.

We are introduced to Lauren and Sean as their relationship has just reached the next level. While all the time Chad is a main part of their lives; he is suffering from the love that he feels can’t be expressed or returned.

Everything comes to a head when Lauren and Chad, psychology students, are given some interesting research topics. Lauren wants Sean and Chad to help her explore the D/s dynamic with her as the submissive. The boys take it as a challenge not to let her down. Chad is excited because he finally gets to explore and express his feelings.

The chemistry between Chad, Sean, and Lauren just sizzles off the pages and will leave you breathless for the next Sunday. The D/s dynamic really brings forth the trust and friendship that they have all shared throughout the years.

The secondary family characters add some fun and whimsy to the story. However, the fun is never out done by the loving acceptance they all show one another. Mari Carr, set up a truly wonderful family model with the Collins Family.

This is a must read. For any Wild Irish fans, it’s another glimpse back into their world that you won’t want to miss.

It’s definitely the season to be kinky.

I found this very well written, showing not only the love and trust between a couple, but their commitment to the safety in their trysts. Blurb/Summary:

When Faris steps into his friend and mentor’s inner sanctum, he doesn’t expect to find Stella—a leather-clad Dominatrix. He can only watch as Ulric, the most powerful man in the sector, drops to his knees and throws himself at Stella’s mercy. Faris must decide whether to walk out the door, leaving his friend behind, or to put himself into the hands of a woman who demands nothing less than his absolute surrender.

Ulric knows Faris holds himself responsible for the devastating attack on the colony outpost. If Faris doesn’t learn how to forgive himself, the young man will be on the road to emotional disaster. His only hope is to convince Stella to bring Faris into their lives as another submissive. Ulric must now put his feelings for Stella on the line while holding tight to the man he desperately wants beneath him.

Review:

This was a surprisingly deep, intelligent piece of science fiction erotica. Christine delves deep into the roots of BDSM relationships, looking at both what the domme and the sub takes from their roles, and from the interplay between one another.

Set in a future where sex outside of procreation has become quite taboo, relegated to seedy pleasure colonies, any relationship between Stella and Ulric is already an anomaly. The kinky nature of that relationship makes it even more of an anomaly, and introduction of Faris further complicates matters.

For Stella, being a dominatrix is what she was always meant to be. She revels in the power it grants her, and appreciates the sexual gratification it provides. She also cares deeply for her submissive, who needs the emotional release she provides. A highly placed negotiator, Ulric wields a lot of power, and lives under constant stress. Being with Stella allows him to give up that power, and to be freed from responsibility.

It also provides him with an opportunity to not only free his protégé, Faris, from those same stresses, but to justify exploring his lust for the handsome, virile young man.

The key to this story is the interplay between the three characters. The introduction of Faris to the well established BDSM scene unsettles everyone. It forces Stella to re-break her sub, even while she trains their newbie. It forces Ulric to relearn his place at not only Stella’s feet, but Faris’ as well. Finally, it forces Faris to not only learn the role of a switch, submissive to Stella and dominant to Ulric, but to accept the reality of sexual arousal.

The bondage scenes here are well played, elaborate, rehearsed, and very sensual, and the rediscovery of sexual arousal and gratification is extremely rewarding. Definitely recommended.

Publisher's Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations some readers may find objectionable: Anal play/intercourse, male/male sexual practices, ménage (m/m/f), and voyeurism.

Review:

This was a fast paced and erotic story. Amber Skyze wrote a tale that had me glued to the pages. Adrift is full of love and beautiful love scenes that are shared between Kari, Ben, and Adam.

Kari never thought she would surrender to love again, but she is powerless when it comes to Ben and Adam. As a reader, you will enjoy their journey and honest expressions of love throughout the story.

Ben, Adam, and Kari are three different people, but they all shared one thing in common, pain. Each character had a story and background that brought something to the tale and gave it more dimension.

I was delighted with the happily ever after ending, but it left me wanting more of these three characters.

Taking over for Goldilocks should be simple, right? All he has to do is eat the porridge, sit on the chair and sleep in the bed. And when the Three Bears return home, run screaming from the house.

But the Fairy Dust has changed things…including the Three Bears. They’ve turned human. Baby Bear is no baby. Mama Bear wears black leather and wields a wicked paddle. And Papa Bear? Oh my…he’s going to make sure Marvin pays for the damage he’s done, inch by luscious inch.

Review:

Marvin and the Three Bears was a fun read. It offers up plenty of hot sex, a darling of a narrator/protagonist, and an intriguing premise. Unfortunately it’s a short novella that’s very light on plot, which means we never really get to explore that fairy tale premise as deeply as the reader might like. Not that the experience suffers from that lack, but it would have been nice to see Ms. St. Clare expand the story by a few chapters to really exploit the potential.

You can’t help but love Marvin. An innocent, chaste, stressed out trainer of Fairy Godmothers; he finds himself magically transformed by the very same Happily Ever After Fairy Dust, with Hot Sex Additive, that he was supposed to destroy. Suddenly, he’s a hot looking blonde twink, frantically looking to set the tale of Goldilocks right, even as he finds himself overcome with unfamiliar thoughts of sexual pleasure.

When he’s discovered by the Three Bears, magically transformed into sexy humans, thanks to the taboo Fairy Dust, Marvin knows his role in the tale is to run, but his newfound curiosity holds him back. What follows are three incredibly hot tales of sexual exploration, with Marvin as the innocent, inexperienced, yet extremely lustful recipient of the Bears’ affections.

No sexual experience means no inhibitions, leaving Marvin free to joyously embrace any act, oral sex, anal sex, bondage, toys, etc., with any partner, male, female, or both in a threesome, in any combination. Experiencing these scenes through his eyes is so refreshing that you can’t help but delight in the sense of virginal discovery.

Of course, this is a fairy tale, as sexed up as it may be, which means true love is destined to make a welcome appearance. To say more would be to spoil the rather satisfying conclusion, but it’s safe to say Marvin never disappoints, especially not with the Three Bears to teach him better manners than that!

Review:

Kayla's birthday weekend isn't going as well as she'd hoped. She dumps her jerk of a boyfriend, and turns to the two people she cares for the most; her two best friends, Jessie and Chris. That weekend changes things for the trio, as Kayla tells them the reason she broke up with her ex, and then she reveals to them her fantasy, to be with both of them.

Not only is there scorching, erotic love scenes in this story, but Lauren Fraser does an amazing job conveying the feelings and emotions of all three characters. As friends turn to lovers, true feelings are revealed, and each has to deal with things and accept something that won't be accepted by everyone.

I've had the pleasure of reading a few of Lauren's works, and haven't been disappointed. Longing For Kayla is a hot, quick read, but be aware, it will take your breath away and have you begging for more!
