Blurb/Summary:

The New Human Intercession

Dru Delaney, one of the planetary Leaders of Delmorna, doesn’t quite trust Jak Exo, her co-Leader. Exo is too handsome, too kind, and too intelligent for the strong-willed Dru. When he announces he’s leaving to explore the uncharted Northern continent, Dru decides to go with him to keep a closer eye on the man. But what they find on that continent is more than just a lost civilization: they find passion, duplicity, and a secret that will shake the government and their society. Now Dru has to escape with her life--and her heart--intact…

Review:

The premise is intriguing, the characters very well thought out, and the suspense and action is plentiful. Though at times I found it a little hard to follow the story line. The writing is very good, filled with many descriptive scenes, a good mix of narrative and dialogue. The plot is original and unique. It was a fairly exciting read.

JL Wilson's Living Proof is a fantasy adventure. The cover is eye-catching, and the book is second in the New Human Intercession series. JL Wilson is a new-to-me author, but one that I will surely check out more titles from.
