Summary:

Book three in the Texas Passions series.

When Callista Hill settles in tiny Morgan’s Creek, she vows to make a better life for herself. She never figured lust and screaming-hot orgasms were part of the equation. One look at the local bar owner and she’s flooded with the need to have him in her bed. He burns her to ash with every erotic touch, bringing her sex-starved body achingly to life.

The instant dark, moody Mac Moreno claps eyes on Callie, he knows he wants her. Her lush curves turn him inside out and have his libido racing from zero to sixty in three seconds flat. Burning up the sheets with this sassy, sweet lady brings him back to life. But when her stalking ex hunts her down, will Callie run?

Not if Mac can help it.

Review:

Callista couldn't have picked a better place to quit running from her stalking ex-husband than Morgan's Creek. She just loves this small town with all its beautiful sights and those do include one very dark and moody Mac Moreno.

Even though she knows she should stay away, she just can’t seem to resist. Callista knows Mac can show her things about her body and pleasure that she could only dream of.

Mac takes one look of Callista and knows that he has to have that woman, with her ever-so-tempting body, but while he intends to have it, he finds that he must keep her and her family safe from a very nasty ex of Callista.

Regina Cariysle has done a great job continuing the series of the Texas Passion Series with the very dark and passionate Mac and the sweet Callista. The chemistry between them is amazing. Callista doesn’t want to involve Mac's family with her troubles. But what she doesn't understand, is that even though she doesn't want to, she is a part of their wonderful family now, and they protect their own.
